Carrot-grape Chewy bars

Homemade Veggie-Fruit Bar rich in Vitamin A, that add up some calcium to your diet too.


  • 180gr green grapes
  • 250gr carrots, skin and tips removed, chopped in slices
  • 180gr full fat 5% Greek yogurt
  • 150gr feta cheese
  • ½ cup whole or 2% milk
  • 130gr all purpose white flour
  • 100gr almond meal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder



  1. Preheat oven to 425 °F
  2. In a blender add the carrots, grapes, yogurt, milk and blend
  3. In a bowl add the flour, almond meal, baking powder and stir
  4. Add the carrot mix to the flour mix and stir, adding the feta cheese
  5. Line a 11”x11” tray with paper or use 16 muffin cups
  6. Bake for 5 min at 425 °F and then reduce to 375 °F and bake for another 25 min
